Since the allotment rate has been
revised from the existing Rs. 1590/ per sq mtr to Rs. 2100/- per sq. mtr
allotment of all other category of sites like, Stray Sites, Incentive
sites, Marginal Land , etc. will also be subjected to the revised rate
of allotment. All allotment letters may be issued at the rates mentioned
above with immediate effect. All the Deputy Secretaries are requested
to ensure that the Layout Code and Accounts Code are clearly mentioned
in the Allotment intimation.
Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant at Cubbon
Park ::
A sewage treatment plant of 1.5 MLD capacity
is under construction. Cost of the sewage treatment plant is Rs. 370.00
lakhs. Sewage treatment plant employs membrane bio-reactor technology.
Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of February 2005. This takes
care of the irrigation requirements of the vast gardens and water will
also be made available for general public for their non-potable requirements.
